Production mode of titanium foil

Method 1: Rolling

Method 2: heat treatment

There are two main heat treatment methods for titanium strip and foil: vacuum annealing and continuous on-line protective annealing. Vacuum annealing refers to placing rolled or sheet titanium foil in a vacuum furnace for heat treatment; Continuous on-line protective annealing of titanium strip and foil is a new technology introduced in recent years. Compared with vacuum annealing, it has higher production efficiency and higher improvement in product quality, but the equipment threshold is higher, especially in terms of product quality and mechanical properties of titanium strip and foil.
